CHARACTER TREE:
One thing that will help us understand Orwell's idea in creating this allegorical novel is to really have a good understanding of the characters.
Each of you have been assigned a character of the novel. Click the link called "Character Lists" and read about your specific character. Then, read who, or what, Orwell was representing through your character. Then, create a side-by-side comparison of the character from the book and the real-life figure. Make sure to put 1-2 quotes that help characterize the figures from the book. See the example.
